HOW TO ENTER:
Starting September 1, 2011 through May 15, 2012 Campbell Company of Canada is holding a Bonus Program through its Labels for Education™ (LFE) Help Hunger Disappear Challenge. All schools with classes ranging from (but not necessarily including) Kindergarten to grade 12, registered and enrolled in the Campbell’s Labels for Education™ program in Canada and that have registered an account on-line are eligible to participate. Void in province of Québec. If a school is not yet registered with the Campbell’s Labels for Education program, registration can be done at no cost by filling out and completing all information requested on-line at www.labelsforeducation.ca or for information on registering on line call 1-877-LABELS-4. Schools are eligible to participate by collecting label points from any participating Campbell’s or Pepperidge Farm® products. Each label submitted contains a designated point value. Please check www.labelsforeducation.ca for a complete and up-to-date listing of all eligible products and their associated values. Entry into the Labels for Education Help Hunger Disappear Challenge Program is automatic when you are registered with the program between September 1, 2011 and May 15, 2012. Label Deposit Forms must be received on or before May 15, 2012 (the “Program Closing Date”). One prize will be awarded based on the school with the highest average number of label points per student as registered with the Labels for Education program between September 1, 2011 and May 15, 2012. (Total number of labels submitted per school will be averaged out amongst the total number of registered students in the school to provide a student average resulting in all schools, small or large, having an equal opportunity). A second prize will be awarded based on highest total of label points deposited in the same period, not averaged on a per-student basis.

LFE Bonus Prizes:There will be a total of two (2) Prizes each awarded as Bonus Points that can be redeemed for any merchandise in the LFE Redemption Catalogue. 1) The school with the highest point average per student will be awarded a 100,000 points credit; 2) the school with the highest points overall will be awarded 100,000 points credit. Prizes must be used for merchandise from the 2011-2012 LFE Redemption Catalogue. In addition, a donation of fifty (50) cases of Campbell’s soup products will be given to a Food Banks of Canada food bank in each winner’s area. If schools are tied in either category, the prize will be combined and divided. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, or convertible to cash. Campbell Company of Canada, (the “Sponsor”) reserves the right, in the event that a prize or any component of a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value without liability. Shipping costs are included in the total value of the packages.

FINAL LABEL POINT TALLY: Final tally of student averages per school based on number of label points submitted will take place June 2, 2012 from among all eligible registered Canadian schools (excluding the province of Quebec). Selected schools will be contacted through the LFE School Coordinator (as registered) by telephone, mail and/or e-mail by June 16th, 2012. If a selected school coordinator cannot be contacted by mail, e-mail or telephone by June 16th, 2012 the school entry will be disqualified and the next highest student average per school will be selected until such time as contact is made by telephone, mail and/or e-mail with a confirmed winning entry. All top collecting school coordinators will also be required to sign a Declaration, Liability and Publicity Release Form. |

ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, schools must be registered and operating in Canada (excluding the province of Québec) and also be registered online with the Campbell’s Labels for Education program and full school and contact information must be provided. Once a winning school’s label point count is verified, and the school is determined to be a winner, the school enrollment will be verified through government full-time equivalent records or through a copy of Statistics Canada’s Principal’s Statistical Report in order to award the prizes to each winning school. (Enrollment records will be used to determine and confirm the winner of the prize for the top collecting school on a ‘per student’ average). |

GENERAL: By participating in the LFE program, all participating schools agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization with respect to all aspects of the Labels for Education Help Hunger Disappear Challenge Program, which are final. Before being declared a winner, selected schools will require the school’s Principal to sign a Declaration, Liability and Publicity Release Form confirming compliance with the Official Rules, acceptance of the Labels for Education Help Hunger Disappear Challenge prize for the school as awarded, without substitution, and releasing Campbell, its affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the prize or this contest. Declaration, Liability and Publicity Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the documents or the prize may be forfeited. The winning school coordinators will be sent their prize in the form of a winning certificate. |

By participating, each winning school and the school coordinator consents to the use of the school name, coordinator name, school address (city and province) without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor with respect to this contest, where legal. |

The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, falsified or destroyed labels and submissions and all such submissions are void. The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate online label banking, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof as a result of participation in this contest. |

Sponsor accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from acceptance and use of the prizes and/or this contest. |

All submissions become the permanent property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected schools. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. |

The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or to amend this Labels for Education Help Hunger Disappear Challenge Program at any time and in any way, without prior notice and without liability. |

The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. The Sponsor will only use the information provided in the LFE registration form to conduct and publicize the LFE program and Labels for Education Help Hunger Disappear Challenge program and as stated in these rules. |
